Test Track:Driver Command Bar

This section will be completed once the driver command system is finalised for Test Track (hopefully later in 2015).
The basic intention is to provide users with a special set of Test Track only commands that relate to specific Cab-Mode controls (e.g. Move to throttle-notch 1, wait 5 seconds, move to throttle-notch 2 etc). This will result in a configurable set of commands that can be repeated exactly every time a test is run.
