Each mesh-based asset must include appropriate Level of Detail variants to avoid introducing performance problems. This asset does not include LOD variants, or the LOD variants are not sufficient to maintain good performance.
The numbers at the end of the message indicate the game's estimate for polygon count at each LOD level (0 being the highest detail level). Each level should offer a substantial drop over the previous level, and the final level needs to be quite efficient (in the range of a few hundred polygons).
