Need some context for ProToolz_Switch_Template

Ted, How about writing your stuff to introduce the topic to someone, anyone who stumbles into the page. This page needs definition of what the tools are, where to find them, why someone would use them, the problems they solve and so forth as an introduction section. There is plenty of room for such. I also resized the page so the pics actually are visible to those of us without superman's vision.
