Click on the Properties tool (?) and click on the track. Adjust the default track condition from 50 to 1 to make the track condition “terrible”. This will cause more motion in trains running over this section of track. Repeat for various track segments to alter the condition in different areas.
You can also add bumps at specific points on the track. Under Track Tab > Trackside Objects find Invisible Track Bump and place these like Trackmarks on the track.

In Surveyor 2.0, using either the Free Move Tool or the Fine Adjustment Tool, select a track segment or multiple track segments. In the Tool Options Palette enter a value in the Condition setting from 1% (terrible) to 100% (excellent) and press the Enter key. The selected track segments will have their track conditions set to the entered value.
