These two pages must be initialized to keep the N3V wiki compliant with HTML5 and future modern browser implementations since so much of the core HTML4 standard is depreciated by the W3C standards [1].

MediaWiki ParserFunctions need to be turned on to make many features available on the N3V wiki, in particular they are extremely useful for enabling importation of public domain available help pages and mufti-purpose templates to give the Trainz community some basic guidelines as to how-to do things in a wiki. A vast area of untapped potential, and imho, the reason this wiki has barely taken off and is in such an unexploited and undeveloped state. People that want to contribute simply have no guidelines to make the wiki user friendly.
Overall, since I seem to have more wiki experience the entire N3V staff put together, I suggest you give me sysop privileges so I can tend to making things more user friendly for the user community and evolving this wiki into something with page to page linking, sidebars with nav-links by topic area and other long overlooked niceties that truly make a wiki a useful tool. // FrankB 08:40, 1 July 2013 (EST)
