Incomplete thought and other shortcomings

Trainz build is the numbering system allocated to each released version of Trainz.

One allocates nn things such as array elements. One does not allocate a numbering system, one defines it. One uses numbers, assigns or references values. The wording of this lead is consequently very imprecise and even irrational. The writer is assuming knowledge and context, not giving it as part of the lead. // FrankB 04:31, 21 August 2013 (EST)
