Always use the highest number if you want it to appear in the latest version of Trainz. If for example you are creating an asset for the latest trainz the tag would be trainz-build 4.9. If you only want to use it in a earlier version use the tag for that version of the simulator. Assets with earlier train-build tags will most of the time show up in the latest version of the games. An asset with a later trainz-build asset will not show in a earlier version of the simulator.
