KIND '$(KIND)' requires trainz-build $(TRAINZBUILD).
This error results when an asset attempts to specify a KIND which was added to the game more recently than the asset's trainz-build tag indicates as a minimum support version. For example, a T:ANE procedural track asset cannot have a trainz-build of 3.5, because v3.5 (TS12) did not support procedural track assets.
