Asset is missing the required 'attached-track' container.

A KIND SceneryWithTrack asset is missing its 'attached-track' container. Legacy assets (trainz-build version below 2.5) did not use this container, and instead parsed the mesh file attachments to determine a list of attached tracks. Modern assets use the 'attached-track' container to specify exactly which tracks to attach.
