This is an optional tag. It is not necessary unless an animation exist for the asset. If it is used then "animation-loop-speed" is required as well.
This tag is the animation file (.kin) exported from your asset creation software if your asset has animation. Example maybe a fan that spins on the top of a building. It is the name of the file is the name that was created when the file was exported. It This may include a sub-path. it is a text data field so must be surrounded by double quotation marks "". The file name should always be "anim.kin" if it is different to this then use the export file name.
