The following guide is based upon the "Test Track" physics tools included with TRS2019. The art, layout and functionality is under development and is likely to change. This guide is intended to assist the Testers understand how to use the tools in their current state.

The look of the main screen will be familiar to Trainz users. It is very much like a typical Driver Session, but with some important differences:
- The Main Menu provides different options for creating, editing, saving tests and editing enginespecs.
- The Main HUD is customised specifically for physics testing (image not final)
- The Graph Panel displays data points for a variety of variables set by the user and includes CSV report options
- The Train Tab provides an interface to create consists and place traincars on the track
