The pages listed here are redirect pages in Template namespaces, special Wikimedia pages which allow a term to be searchable, and redirect a link using that term to a page which may have been moved (creating an automatic redirect page), or one which has been especially set up to route equivalent terms or names to the same article page.
- In particular, this category lists pages which were combined into a larger article page and the redirect has been formulated to access a specific section of the longer article page, normally of the same title as the original short page so merged.
- Using the Template
{{R to section}} on the same line after a #REDIRECT [[Other Page Name#section_title_name]] directive automatically lists a redirect page to this administrative tracking category.
